By registering a clinic and accessing the "Glaucoma One" application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the platform.
2. Medical Disclaimer (Important)
Glaucoma One is primarily an analytical and visualization tool to aid in clinical workflow. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical judgment. Our predictive lifetime trajectory models, visual field analyses, and AI chart extractions are tools designed to support your clinical decision-making process. The attending physician remains fully responsible for diagnosing and treating the patient.
3. FDA 510(k) Status
Currently, the active decision-support algorithms are in the stage of investigational consideration for FDA 510(k) clearance. The software is provided "as is" for investigational and clinical workflow support use.
4. Accounts and Usage
You must be an authorized eye care professional, clinic owner, or delegate of a health entity to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your clinic's dashboard passwords. Sharing credentials outside your registered clinic is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Glaucoma One, its directors, or its software architects be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Your sole remedy in case of dis-satisfaction is to cease using the application.
